Nagesh Hegde – C A
A Chartered Accountant with 10+ years experience in the area of Statutory Financial Audits, Accounting review of financial statements and Financial reporting of various listed and unlisted companies with a primary focus on Information Technology and Service sectors.
Having hands-on experience in doing Financial statement audits and reviews under Indian GAAP, Ind-AS, US GAAP and SFRS for a diverse portfolio of clientele. Skilled in Statutory audit, Limited review, Tax audit and Certification assignments of entities in various sectors.
Mr. Nagesh Hegde is a seasoned professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, possessing a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of regulatory compliance and financial reporting standards. He has extensive experience in leading audit engagements, managing teams, and effectively coordinating with key stakeholders, including senior management and regulatory authorities.
