Started practising in the year 2017, prior to that working with consultancy firm Walker Chandiok & Co in the Assurance division.

About Our Founder
Nagesh Hegde - C A
A Chartered Accountant with 10+ years experience in the area of Statutory Financial Audits, Accounting review of financial statements and Financial reporting of various listed and unlisted companies with a primary focus on Information Technology and Service sectors.
Having hands-on experience in doing Financial statement audits and reviews under Indian GAAP, Ind-AS, US GAAP and SFRS for a diverse portfolio of clientele. Skilled in Statutory audit, Limited review, Tax audit and Certification assignments of entities in various sectors.
Experienced in establishing Internal controls, Cash flow management, Regulatory & Compliance.

- Presenting highlights and resolutions of audits to various levels of management.
